Submission Information for Artists/Photographers

If you are an artist that would like to have your work featured at Roses and Lilacs, please use the Contact Form to request further information. The rules are fairly simple:

• Contact us for instructions on how to submit your work for review, or if you have an online gallery, include the url for us to look at.
• If you were referred to us, please include that information when you contact us as well.
• If you are accepted you will be required to sign an Artists Agreement, which will be sent to you upon review of your work
• If accepted be prepared to send us via ftp or dvd/cd your original scanned files or digital files. We do not provide scanning services at this time.
• We have the right to refuse acceptance of any work for any reason. Some reasons for rejection can include having similar work already in the gallery, originals that are inappropriately sized, and work that just doesn't fit here at Roses and Lilacs. We reserve the right to review and include your work in the future if the scope of Roses and Lilacs expands or changes.
• Work accepted for inclusion at Roses and Lilacs will also be featured at our parent site, Loxly Gallery

We look forward to expanding the selection of artists that have their work for sale at Roses and Lilacs and will be working closely with our artists for promotion and marketing of their works to the appropriate audiences.
